Design & Pricing

Can the displayed designs be customized for my firm?

Yes, all of the designs we display can be customized with your own inscription and/or graphics. Just follow these easy steps:

      • Choose your favorite plaque
      • Select a size that is appropriate for your mounting space
      • Fill out the customization section with your inscription details
      • Place your order by adding it to your cart and checking out
      • Receive a scaled rendering from our Design Team
      • Make changes if necessary (up to three rounds are included)
      • Approve it to begin production

What if I need a size that is between the sizes offered, or I just want a different look? Will you design something custom for me?

Yes, we will design whatever you need - at no extra charge - so you're definitely not limited to the designs and sizes offered. In fact, the designs we display were originally custom designs for each firm.

We're here to help you make the maximum impact, so let us know what you have in mind. You don't even have to be an artist (that's our job). Just send your ideas and requirements, and we'll do the rest. Our Design Team will create a scaled rendering for your review and approval.

Can logos be used on a plaque?

Yes, most logos can be used on a plaque.

Each material and manufacturing process has minimum requirements, however, so we will gladly review your artwork to make sure it's usable. If changes are necessary, we will also quote the cost of bringing it within specifications.

Can a custom lettering style be used on a plaque?

Yes. As long as it meets the minimum requirements for the material and manufacturing process in which it will be used. If we have the font, there is no extra charge. If we need to purchase it, we'll quote the price for you in advance.

How are plaques priced?

Each plaque has pricing listed, and it mostly depends on the size you choose. Pricing for custom sizes is quoted with your artwork design.

Outdoor Use

Can plaques be used outside?

Most plaques are designed and treated for outdoor use. However, be sure to confirm this detail for the product you are ordering (it's listed on the Specs tab).

Turnaround Time

I need my design for a meeting. Will you get it to me quickly?

Yes, if you let us know about your meeting deadline, we will do everything possible to meet it. This is one of our specialties. Again, though, we have to know this detail in advance, so notify us as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my plaque?

The turnaround time for each plaque type is divided into three main phases:

    • Design & Approval
    • Production
    • Transit

These phases are slightly different for each product type, and most types also have rush production options available, so there is much more to it than can be explained here. Installation

Do you provide mounting hardware?

Hardware for several common surfaces (brick, masonry, wood, drywall, etc.) is included with your plaque. However, the exact type of hardware varies from product to product.
